Came in to this cricket yesterday talked to Alicia who advised me was the Manager. She quoted me 1000 for the iPhone13 . I told her I did not want to do the bundle I’m an existing customer just needing to upgrade . Immediately she tells me she cannot not sell me a phone without the accessories that come with it -the screen protector and case. Mind you i have read the fine print which she processed to tell me to do so. Apparently she hadn’t read the fine print herself. Once I told her about it with of course a surprised face she says it’s policy we just had a meeting yesterday . Sure you did . Listen I know employees work off commission and selling accessories is one way of getting more money in their pocket , but when an existing customer that has been through this many many times tells you something don’t catch an attitude. If that’s your “policy” make sure you walk around your store every morning to see if anything is contradicting what you are so confidently saying out your mouth . Anyways I went to another cricket all the way in Somerton which was my 4th one at this point I talked to Mayra who was more than happy to explain their policy.At this point I noticed all of the displays were taken down lol ~Elizabeth
