The mail carrier never came to my house to deliver my package either time. I am always home. This is the 2nd time he's done it. He needs to do his job give me my package. If our mail carrier continues we will charge him with not doing his duty and federal charges as well. He already rejected a certified letter i refused to sign because it wasn't in my name or addressed to me. Refused to take it back. Make sure he comes to my house as instructed to give me my package tomorrow. Don't ever let this happen again!!! ~Katie
