the line is always long, with one cashier. the staff is rude. they talk rudely about other customers to you like you're supposed to be as miserable as they are. the lady with the long white hair is exceptionally rude. she'll look at the long line and walk off, or make you feel like you're putting her out if you happen to get stuck in her line. ~KRideXpress

Visited this Kum & Go recently and it is the newer one in Bono but it is not as nice as some of the newer ones in the Jonesboro area. It has a small area for hot food but not the marketplaces that the newer ones have. It doesn't offer flex fuels like E-85 or E-15 either. There are the typical snacks and drinks you would find at other gas stations, it has public restrooms, and entry and exiting is easy. Overall not a bad station but it doesn't compare to some of the newer ones in town. ~Jackie
