Extremely slow service every time I pick up my parents' prescriptions. After calling to see if the order is ready and waiting between 30-45 minutes, I am told that they are still working on it. Every time?! I go home and wait another several hours and have to go back and wait in that extremely long line again. They need another Pharmacist and a few more clerks if you ask me! ~Ricardo

AM/PM in Arvin, where do I start!? You lack customer service, your employees are too busy on their phones to even greet or acknowledge you walking in. Your pumps are always messed up and the employees seem to not care no matter what time of the day it is. They act like you owe them something. This morning I saw between 2-3 cars leave because the pumps weren't working. I myself had to move 3 times. 🤦‍♀️. ~Becky
