union bank is one of the worst banks to do business with.i did use ATM to deposit funds into my checking account &ATM machine took my money &gave me a receipt indicating that machine out of order .i called union bank &put in a claim and its been 10 days since this incident &i called so many times &still this issue is not resolved &my money still inside ATM SINCE THEY DONT OPEN ATM MACHINE ON DAILY BASIS &THIS REALLY SUCKS ~Hybrid

All Staff has always been super helpful, they all know my face, and most know the transaction I need to complete before I even tell them! Super Friendly, personable, and professional. Just the right mix of new technology and old school customer service! IF I could give them 6 stars, I would. ~John
