I took my Mercedes to JNF Tires and Automotive on 04/09 and they replaced the hub and bearing that I bought from the internet. After replacing the part, the car run for just a couple of hours, and when I took the car to them they blame the part as aftermarket and that they need to get the part themselves and I agreed with the assumption that I do not have to pay anything or pay less. They replaced this time and give me a warranty and charged me $260.00 after the first payment of $312.00. The car again after driving a few miles start making the same noise and did not want to refund my money so they recommend buying a whole spindle and they replaced it for free which I did and the car this time run for a week and the same problem happened. Then they said the spindle was used so the bearing must be replaced again and they recommended getting the part from the Mercedes Dealer and bringing it to them and they will fix it. I've bought the parts and I took the car to them on 05/24 and one of the guys Jose which I already talked to Mr. Joe said that we do not have the time to do it today and we will charge you another $250.00 on the top of $572.00 plus all the parts that I bought to replace the wheel bearing. I was told to bring the car on Wednesday, 05/25 after initially Mr. Joe agreed to do it at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 05/24. Finally, I took the car to them on Wednesday, 05/25 I was told Mr. Joe has burned his hand and they have to do it next week. This auto repair has been playing with me since 04/09 and based on the other mechanic regardless of the part being aftermarket or dealer if they would have replaced them right in the first place that would never happen again. I spoke to Mr. Joe and he said that this is how they do on all the cars but I told them that based on the Mercedes dealer and the internet you installed the hub bearing wrong by not pressing with the special tools. They have charged $572.00 and now $250.00 a total of $822.00which is, even more, cost than that the dealer charge for the same problem is unacceptable so I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and perhaps as the name of the shop says, JNF Tires and Automotive Repairs they may need to stick on problems with tires and simple stuff and should never involve themselves on anything that they do not know how to do it. If there was a rating less than "0" then definitely they deserve it as not only they do not keep their promises they should not charge the customers multiple times for the same issue. I took my car from them and I took it to a different place as I do not trust their work at all. Most definitely do not recommend them for any mechanical job. ~Hamid

I ordered and set up appointment online very easy. I had to get my tires installed earlier than my appointment. I showed up a day before they had no problem taking care if it and it was quick. I didn't get the gentleman's name wish I did but he was very professional and courteous. They also have a vehicle tracker and it's on point. ~KonfliXt

tells you that the car is going to be thousands to repair, and offers to buy it cheap to turn it for profit. said the entire engine was blown then on another visit said it was a inexpensive, easy, few hundred bucks repair. had been recommended but sadly can’t trust after that ~Ares

Going thru it with some bunk part, had issues because it was originally ordered online and they got the warranty messed up... forgotten to add it on the order (??swtf?). Phone based Customer service was cool but not incredibly useful. But the Manager at this store was an angel, got it totally handled to above and beyond expectations. Thank you so much!!! ~C

Duraron una semana y media para terminar el trabajo q me aseguraron iva durar 3 dias. Me tuvieron dando bueltas con puras escusas. No recomiendo si nesesitan su carro rapido. Lo unico bueno es q no sobre cobran como otros talleres aqui, pero a costa de q Duran una semana para Nomas poder ver tu carro y otra para areglarlo. It took them a week and a half to finish the job they assured me would only take 3 days, then kept going around in circles with me. They said it would take 3 days to change the transmission, I call 2 days later and they haven’t even looked at the car but said they would have it ready the next day. The next day comes and they said the mechanic had left so to call back later ( the mechanic never got back ) the third day they barely saw the car and said it would take longer since the broke the transmission fluid cap. They’re closed Sunday’s so Monday comes and they barely went to pick up the new transmission, they said it would be ready by that afternoon. The afternoon comes and they were short on transmission fluid so they had to keep it another day. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission ~Anna

I took my chevrolet in to get inspected because it smell like it was leaking gasoline. After 10 min the technician told me what it was easy fix he said ill throw a in a tune up for $150 I gave the technician $20 tip and he was happy I was happy we all were happy recomendable to take your car to the best automotive technician in the valley meño ~Salvador

Completely unsatisfied!! Placed my order online, paid, went to pick up, came back home & my sandwich is inaccurate as*. Missing 3+ more ingredients! As you guys can see, they added tomatoes & i HATE tomatoes!! I'm calling & calling them all it does is ring their line as busy, which I don't understand because they don't take phone orders. This is the last time I order here. They had one job. Failed clearly ~Key
