I really like being able to fill up while at the Exchange. The station area is clean and all pumps are usually ready to use. I only gave four stars as the plastic covers over the pump prices are sun damaged preventing the customer from being able to read the price per gallon. Otherwise always a great experience! I rushed over there on my lunch break to make a transaction that they wouldn't let me make an ATM, and wouldn't let me make online. When I walked in they literally said I can't get in line because their teller has to go to lunch, and he's already 30 minutes over his shift. So not only were they refusing service at literally the most popular time of the day to go to the bank, and abusing one of their workers by holding him late, they had three very well dressed employees explained to me why I couldn't make a transaction. I wasn't making trouble, they were all just standing together, being polite and unhelpful. And yet they only had one teller, who legally was supposed to start eating lunch half an hour ago, so the whole branch had to close. I hope it closes permanently. ~Alec

This is a nice Chase bank, but there is only one ATM at it. So I went inside today, and had to wait several minutes, but then, the teller was very nice, and took care of my needs in short order. This is a small and kind of cozy bank, which sets it apart from some of the other Chase banks. There was no more coffee, but it was after 4 p.m., so I guess that is understandable! Still, I wish that they would have made an extra pot for those people who like a cup of coffee in the afternoon. You can't have it all, I guess! ~Nina

I have been banking at this location for years now and have always been treated with respect and incredible service. The staff even knows their regular and returning customers by name. Numerous bankers, business reps, and the branch manager, Mario, have helped me greatly over the years. I’ve always felt my financial and banking needs have been and continue to be very well taken of in all fronts... from helping me with my domestic/international travel and banking issues, grow my business, and they have certainly made it easier for me when I’ve needed to navigate new and challenging financial frontiers in both my personal and business life. Many thanks for all of your help over the years! (And yes, the parking can be tough around lunchtime because the developer of the center didn’t provide enough parking but Wells has secured and provides reserved spots for their customers. I’ve never had to wait to find a spot outside of lunchtime hours. Even then, it’s not that inconvenient.) ~Ryan

Place has perhaps 500 different type of outdoor storage sites for cars, trucks, RV, etc. A lot of those sites are near or under Expo line. ~Michael
