Ordered a medium combination pizza; Waited to be helped and waited and waited; Once I paid he said your pizza is over there. I proceeded to the end of the counter picked up my pizza and walked out. Won't be back. This use to have good friendly service. ~teresa

I went to the Grocery Outlet in Kerman. Nice clean store. Friendly employees. I was excited to see they carry Humboldt Organic milk. They've got my business. Same great service. Eddy the cashier is so friendly and always in a great mood. ~Arunia

Worst Subway I've Ever Been To. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki foot long. The lady put 2 normal sized scoops of chicken on my sandwich and then she starts taking pieces off, tossing them back into the bucket. It wasnt a big deal at first, but she literally left about 6-8 piece of chicken on my sandwich. When I asked why she took soo much off she just laughed at me. And then the cashier laughed when I asked her the same. There's not much chain food out here in Kerman, but I'd recommend you Stay Away from this Subway. ~RayRae

The people that work there are friendly and helpful. My only real complaint is the hours of operation. I have a PO Box there and it is very difficult to get in to their office to get my mail for a box that I pay for during their regular business hours. This means because I work longer hours than when they are open I get in there about once a week because I make special arrangements to come to work late so that I can get my mail. I know you may say well switch back to having them deliver... they would not drop mail off on my street... the would only drop of at the next major street over no a non locked mail box (That we had mail stolen from) and the driver refused to bring Packages to our house. One day I paid extra shipping for a package that I needed and waited all day for it to be dropped off... when to my mail box and they had been there and left a slip for the package... drove right away to the post office to get the package and the person at the post office informed me that the driver was not back with my package that they just leave the slip when they try to deliver and no one is there... interesting how they never even drove down my street... (I live in the country not in town...) So people in the office are nice and helpful when they are open... it's just insane trying to actually get my mail either with them driving it to my house or going in to the Post Office... ~S

I pulled up at around 10 am Sat, didn't even get out of my car. They came out, I told them about my front right tire. I know I have tires that usu have to be ordered. They looked at it, didnt have it in stock, but ordered the same brand and said it would come in at 2 the same day. I got a call at 2 when it arrived and they switched it out as soon as I pulled up. Best service, will go there from now on. ~Monica

Me n Ed's reminds of a Shakey's Pizza in Los Angeles......... Except, NO mojo potatoes. But I guess this will have to do in a pinch. They have two video games one pinball machine two grabber machines and about a dozen gumball machines full 2¢ junk that they sell the kids for $1-$2 . AVOID ALL OF THESE AT ALL COST ! NOT WORTH IT ! PLUS ONLY ABOUT 2% OF THE MACHINES WORK. Across the street there's a Dollar + .25¢ Tree , buy $20 worth of prizes for the kids instead. Your group will be much happier! ~Carlos
