First time going into this Ross location. Wasn't very pleased with stopping here. Walked around and didn't notice not 1 employee walking around in case you needed help with something. The girl at the dressing room location didn't seem happy to be at work today. I feel customer service is a big one for me. The store is also very messy and hard to walk around in even with their smaller store carts. Did end up purchasing a couple items just because I was already there. ~Katia

The older man who is there in the mornings is the rudest employee here! He needs training because every time I go in I leave with the worst customer service experience. I have the 711 app for discounts and I have to ask him to give me the discount each time because he pretends to not know about it. He has also told me he’s got customers waiting so he can’t do it. This man needs further training! ~Noah
