It would be nice if the employees followed the rules. Stopped in after the lunch hour for a quick snack. I ordered a box of Chicken Nuggets and a Dr. Pepper. The nuggets and the drink were okay. I wanted to refill my drink. But, I could not get someone to the counter. The employee working the counter finally show up and i asked for a refill. He told me no refills are not allowed. I told him wait a minute an employee on break just went back there and refilled her drink cup. Why is that okay? He said "I didn't see her... I don't know." He offered to let me purchase a second drink. No thanks Last time I stop in Shafter McDonald's. ~Deacon

My “sausage crunch wrap” is wrapped horrible for one and everything inside taste burnt. They lady at the window was rude to me and my boyfriend , horrible customer service. ~Hannah

Was in shafter for a baseball tournament, we got hungry and phoned in a order... The Family special 4 burgers, 4 fries & 4 drinks. It was ready in 20 mins. This place is pretty good! And they hooked the lil one up with an ice cream. Cool guys. ~Rudy

These, ladies are so rude not friendly at all. I was waiting in the store for more than 2 hours for my COVID vaccine shot. Never coming back to this place. ~Victoria

The girls are always talking and after they are finished with some what of the conversation they will look at you like what do you want and i always find them sitting down lucky them that job looks way to easy ~Candy
