Came v dirt laden, dust over all thick, whole area front interior. Worker cleaned front driver area pockets, dash, floor under seats areas etc I did make it easier by removing all my gear, goods and junk to boxes and put it in back trunk. I do my own bk seats trunk. Otherwise price would be 2 much! Outside perfect. Inside was as good as U can get! Been going... Maybe 10-- 13? Yrs. " Satisfaction gotten!" ~mark

I am really disappointed in this business right now. I bought a gift card for Christmas for a family member to get a detail for their car because they support local (this company has been nothing but stellar in the past) but they are not honoring detailing right now because I guess the business was sold. I want a refund and a nice lady helped me but she said I should just use it for a car wash, but that was not the point of the gift card, it was for a DETAIL, and I want my $$ back. Now I have to wait for the owner to call because even their "acting manager" doesn't have authorization to refund!! This is ridiculous!! I sure I hope I get a call soon and get my $$ back!! ~Regina

Have to change my likes, We have been stopping at the 76 for about 10 to 20 years. Never had a problem until this past week wouldn't accept credit cards outside at the pumps so had to go inside and the attendant took our cards out of sight and came back with our cards, didn't think about a problem... next day we get fraud ALERTS that somebody tried using our credit cards somewhere else not cool. Do not go to the 76...🤬🤬😡 ~Glen

Hard to buy gas when you have to shut down for "10-15 minutes" while "changing shifts." There are multiple registers for a reason. Denying business is bad business, $120 gas purchase isn't gunna matter to ARCO, but this is my experience in today's world. ~randy

I got gas here, $$$. but I wanted to buy a lotto ticker, the cashier wanted to scan my Cdl, I declined..she told me it was company policy...so I went across the street and bought one, whereas I didn't have to provide my CDL....keeping in mind im 50+ years old, and greyed up. ~courtney

Really had to use the restroom go in see the sign that says restrooms out of courtesy asked if I may use them and the guy told me no with an attitude. One if your restrooms aren’t public then don’t have a sign and say you don’t have public restrooms. Two you don’t have to have an attitude. Since you had a sign I could’ve rudely just walked in gone with out even regarding your existence. I would’ve gladly purchased something too if it was for customers only. Never stopping here again. ~Thomas
