Basic Safeway. The flies everywhere are an annoyance. While well stocked , it would really be nice to have a larger organic fruit and vegetable section. Staff are always very helpful and fun to talk with. The Pharmacy staff are also worth mentioning. Diane and her co-technician...I don't recall her name...particularly stand out for their knowledge and personability. ~Karen

Excellent work and customer service!! Highly recommend! My late brother-in-law Gary Moore knew cars..when I moved to this area he told me "If you need anything for your car, go to Rick Francis, Ark Valley". That was in 2001 and I've been going there since. Excellent!! ~Carla

Horrible service! My brother and father were broken down and thankfully this man from Allen automotive tried to help them out! We thought it was all fixed so my brother and father continued there adventure back to Minnesota! The car broke down no more than 6 miles down the road! Allen came down to help them fix it. Again, it broke down. I called the shop a lady answered I start to explain the story to her and she rudely interrupts and says don't try to blame us for what your father and brother did! I was very polite on the phone just trying to figure out why there car kept breaking down. I mean I spent money on the car I would like to know why it keeps breaking down every 6 miles. I tell her I would like it if she lower her voice and speak to me respectfully. She obviously couldn't do that because she handed the phone to Allen (THE OWNER). Who ends up being just as rude as her, does not let me speak at all and when he's done speaking and it's my turn to talk he interrupts me tells me he doesn't have time for this and hangs up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! And our car isn't even fixed! As an owner you think you would take pride one in your work but also in making your customers happy. That doesn't seem to be the case at Allen automotive ~Alexandra
