After I was waiting in the ice cold store for 45 minutes, I was finally told that they where having issues with the way my last name is spelled in their system and that it did not match the spelling on my card...that they are waiting for IT to call them back to figure it out.
I was told that they will call me to let me know when my meds are ready.
Two days later I call to inquire about the status of the situation and she asked me if I called my insurance company!!
The agreement was for her to call me.
I have gotten prescriptions before with my insurance and had never a issue.
I did call my Insurance company however to see if there was a issue and there is none. ~Tanja
