I never had a problem at this place till Oamr on 2 occasions but this I can't believe. He robbed me twice and accused me of stealing. I didn't realize he put numerous charges on my card and after paying he refused to give me the items I purchased. At that time I learned he was accusing me of stealing so he decided to ring up my items and told me to leave. I asked for a bag to put my items in he said you're not getting anything you're leaving. I'm not leaving till I get a receipt for the items I was charged for and your not giving them to me. He finally gave me the receipt that's when I saw the amount of it and all these extra charges. I told him I will be contacting my attorney if my money is not refunded. He put his hands on me as I was leaving to try to guide me out the store. The young guy at mobile in New Hartford was very rude and aggressive. He has no right to accuse people of uncalled for things and keep everything I purchased it. I went to the convenience store down the road in the center of New Hartford purchase the items that I had there that I already purchased. Went home called my bank to look up what was charged he added on a $20 cash back so Oamr robbed me over $60. Beware of shopping at Mobile in New Hartford/Pleasant Valley😢 ~AmberLee

Only open for a few hours a day, worst customer service is have ever had; always receive the wrong mail or items, service is extremely slow and rude, can not answer any questions. Place is never cleaned and must have been built in the 60s and never updated. Don't ever expect to receive a package on time or if you send one good luck. ~Travis
