My boss makes his checks out from liberty bank, so I opened a account almost a month ago. No problem cashing checks in person. I deposited my most recent check through there image deposit on the app. My check has been on hold for over a week. When cleared it will be a total of 10 days. I've cashed the same checks there 3 times no issue. The checks are all from his account there. My money is on hold, I have bills to pay and I couldn't even bring in the check and have that check deposit from the app be canceled. So thanks for keeping my money for whatever reason. You have all my personal info, social and my boss has been with you guys forever and my check gets held and I recieve no help. That's just crazy. Terrible experience with a bank I just started using. ~Devin
