I went in during "walk in" passport hours and they stated that they could not service me. Dont advertise a walk in service if you cannot provide the service. I left my number so they could call me back to make an appointment for the passport instead and they NEVER called me so I took my business elsewhere. I was very disappointed. ~Kristi
