July 17th I was traveling from NC to Mass when my passenger side rear brakes locked up in front of Napa. The three gentlemen working this location were absolutely AMAZING!! They were able to answer questions, sell me the parr’s I needed and even loaned me some tools to help me do a brake job in the parking lot. The personalities, professionalism and just pure kindness of these three gentlemen were second to none. Thank you for making our brake down as pleasurable as possible. Just got to shake your head at this place. Stopped to get some gas, no problem there. Went in to order some chicken, placed an order and server starts telling me that they don't have any ready. Asked if they could make some and they said someone else has to do that and that person was walking out. I'll just stick with other convenience store chains in the future. Never had a problem like this in other locations. ~Woz
