The people working there are absolutely worthless!! I went in today at 3pm, they are open till 5pm. After waiting in the lobby while they were having their own private conversation in the back , which had nothing to do with the mail, I was finally helped. I was there to pick up a package that was delivered to them at 2:25. After her finally confirming that they indeed had it, she states there was too much “crap” to go through, that it would be delivered to my home the next day, or I could come back in and pick it up the next morning. I explained to her I leaving on vacation and needed the package. Needless to say I didn’t get my package.. ~Charles
