Ordered a cake for my son, when I got there. The girl was taking someone else’s order.( Mind you, there were other workers there, and no more customers to help, besides me and the other person who was being helped already) no one acknowledged me, or even said we will be with you in a minute. Nothing. Then when she was done with their order she just walked away. Didn’t say a word. Then she stood there talking to some other worker, and a few minutes later, a different lady then comes to the register and decided to help me. I say I’m here to pick up a cake I ordered online. She tries to charge me for it. I said I already paid online, I show the proof. She said it’s okay, I believe you . ( they don’t keep record, of who pays) ? The cake looked great; However, it tasted terrible. My kids wouldn’t even finish their pieces( it was for my son’s birthday ) I had to throw out the rest of the cake, they refused to eat it. When I tried it. I could see why. It was terrible. I would like to add. I also got a dozen donuts and the lady made it seem like I was inconveniencing her to order them. I definitely won’t be going to that location again. I will add, it did look clean inside the store. ~Sherri

Good gas, fair prices, good coffee, good hot dogs sometimes the bread is stale but they will bring out fresh bread if you ask. pleasant staff and now after a revamp of there pay at the pump i can earn my point with no fuss and paying has been more consistent. ~edgar

This is my third time in this location and is enough. Why the owner hire that black woman with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all, she hates her job, bad attitude every day. If you don’t like your job just QUIT. The store is clean, have decent coffee and stuff but just thinking that I have to deal with that cashier makes me go to other place. HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!! THEY ARE RUINING YOUR BUSINESS!!!! ~M

I pretty much get the experience that Publix put out you actually have employees in there that help people, they tend to your needs. I went in there for a few items came out very fast, a matter of fact, I came out so quick I forgot a item which I purchased at the customer service counter. The staff was very friendly, a matter of fact I forgot an item. I made a u-turn about 2 miles away, came back and the lady saw me and handed me the item apologies and told me have an awesome day. I forgot her name but miss keep up the good job. ( She worked at the service counter that particular day ) ~Tony

UPDATE: I took a good look at my car after writing my review and I noticed that the back piece and the side piece on the left side are not even touching. It looks like it's still damaged, but I guess it was just fixed in a rush. I mean did anyone even look at it? Also the alignment feels off. Complained about this two weeks ago. Oh yeah, and they left the tow hitch wrapped in its plastic in my back seat. lol I'm never taking my car here again. Took my car here to be repaired after a rear-end collision. I am happy with the end result of my car, but it was a painful process to get there. Not sure if the problem is with my insurance company or the shop. Overall the repair took way too long and the communication was poor until I was very upset and complained to management. It was extremely frustrating and expensive for me personally, because I had to pay for the rental car up front, out-of-pocket. Anyway, I'm glad to have my car back finally! Looks brand new!
