Absolutely, without a doubt. The most arrogant, unsophisticated (quite a winning combination) and plain offensive group of people I’ve encountered in retail. Without being told there was a NO RETURN policy by the associate, I foolishly attempted to return one item, apparently. The only people that get a return option are online buyers. BUYER BEWARE, it’s in the fine print on the bottom of the receipt. Why shop there when you can find the same clothes, with a larger size selection AND an option to return, should you need it, at Saks or Neiman. They are a joke. Doubt they’ll be around in a decade or two… ~Tiffany
