The store is clean. Wait times at deli can be long. Produce selection is not great at all. ALWAYS check expiration date on everything as I continually find expired products. Needs a lot more buggy return areas. Sometimes it is faster to just walk the buggy all the way back to the store. Most people don't so watch your car. I shop here because it is close to my home and I know where everything is. ~Robyn

Employee Kayla needs customer service training. Shes rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. She bagged my items then had them out of my reach and stood there. She didn't smile and when I asked for bags she gave them to me but didn't make any effort to move her position. But the funny part is the change she was supposed give me was $9.65. she gave me $10.65 because she had no ones or change or something in drawer. But why not just $10, instead she did $10.65 and told mngr she just gave me a $10 bc she had no 1s. She doesn't know basic math and is rude. I walked out telling other employee she needs serious training in customer service skills. She really turned me away from going there. ~Kae

Shop Dollar General often using the store coupons. The variety of items carried by this company is amazing. They also have $5 DVDs! They have refrigerated and frozen foods as well as groceries on shelves. Good place to shop when uou need various items at one stop! Prices are reasonable. ~Holly

Even though Dollar Tree is now a $1.25 Tree, it is still my favorite Dollar store. However I do have some recent complaints: most importantly is the fact that they do not have enough cashiers open at any one time. There's usually one cashier open and at least 10 people in line and it makes for a bad experience. And you all realize that we don't go in for one item, many times people have 20 or more items in their basket to check out, so the line can be lengthy and frustrating. I have also noticed that there are some brands that I could depend on to purchase at Dollar Tree and they are no longer available. This is true of any of the Dollar Tree stores that I go to, regardless of their location. Often the aisles are crowded with boxes of product that need to be put on the shelves. It is sometimes difficult to maneuver down an aisle with all the boxes blocking your way. I would think that the shelving of products would be done when the store is closed to the public. So even with all the complaints listed above, Dollar Tree is still my favorite Dollar store but might not be for long, if they cannot address some of these issues. ~Marian
