The CVS in Manchester, Ga. is so dis-organized. I filled out a transfer request for my prescriptions. They only requested the prescriptions that I asked to be filled. Now when I request a refill on another medication, we have to do the transfer request all over again. I am on hold for 10 or 15 mins, when I finally get through that answer service. I picked up 3 expensive meds(my insurance pays very little), I requested they run SingleCare. She wouldn't, said it wouldn't help. I don't have a CVS card yet so another customer offered his. She refused that, too. When I got home and double checked the prices on SingleCare, I would have saved 20 dollars. I am on SS, so that is a lot of money for me. My insurance won't let me go anywhere else. I know this is long, but I am really ticked off. I need to add something. I went back to CVS and was waited on by Melinda. She did a refund on my medication and took the time to explain how to use SingleCare. She was so sweet and helpful. ~Jennifer
