Have been going to this store regularly for 5 years. Currently don't have a vehicle and no central heat and air at the house. Had a friend take me here to get some cold drinks before they went to work. Already running late for work just to do this for me, I grabbed my drinks, got rung up one at a time, instead of using quantities, after I told them I was in a hurry. If that wasn't slow enough and as inconsiderate as could be, the card machine decided not to work right as it spit my total out. I offered to give them exact cash instead of using my card so that I could have cold drinks for the next 7 hrs until my friend got home. Being a loyal customer for 5+ years and having the ability to print the receipt and fix it when the system reset but letting me have the drinks, paid for, do you think they did it? Absolutely not, they insisted that nothing could leave the store until their systems reset and it got rerung up, meaning standing there for another 5 to 10 minutes, which I could not do because my ride was already late. I explained that it is almost 90° outside and with no air in the house it's about 110°, they refused to let me pay for and leave with my drinks. I would not reccomend this store for anyone ever. Drive the extra half mile to the next store up the road! I can't believe they would treat such a long term customer like that, makes me wonder how they treat other customers. ~Cherie
