I believe "people" can make or brake a business. The cashier was full of southern hospitality, a great brand ambassador. I bought the 2 combo platter, ribs, brisket, with fried okra and onion rings. Delicious, delicious, the slices of brisket pulled apart without effort. The ribs were tender, the meat didn't fall off the bone but was so tender a two year old would have no problem pulling it off. This is a spot to visit for great food. ~Uncle
