DO NOT GO HERE! Very rude and unhelpful staff, tried to make me leave and come back later simply due to them wanting to close early. They then did not understand Walmart’s return policy or were willing to assist with the problem at all. Out right refused to call other Walmart’s for paperwork. Called back multiple times within business hours and they did not pick up. ~shane

Update: Local store mgr reached out on her Sat night off to discuss my concerns. She was patient and understanding. I believe she will investigate and address these underlying issues. Updating my star rating to 3 stars. ---------------- Poor delivery experience tonight. Store forgot to give their delivery partner my dessert/drinks. Driver drove to wrong town so the order was about 30 minutes late only to discover the missing items. Called store a half dozen times and it just rings and rings. Sweet driver offered to drive back to store (on their own dime) to get my missing items. Long story short... Pizza was cold, driver was shafted, and store is just ignoring customer phone calls. ~Jason

Most of the time the store is a little too big for people like myself who have mobility issues. Even though I don't usually feel I need a power cart, and they are available at times, this trip was a little harder because I was in need of a cart and all were in use. That also meant that handicap parking was full. Staff was helpful and courteous but I was exhausted by the time I got my three items. I am also not a fan of the two-way parking aisles. ~James

Prices are good, buying more products here as larger grocery stores have upped their prices $1 -$2 more so much cant afford and have heard other customers say the same. I dont know how people in retired or on fixed income can shop at other places. Aldis has almost out grown this store. We went to Canton and there store was larger than Galesburg and I got dozen eggs for 1.94 ea. so bouught 2 doz to have on hand. Clancy potato chips are good, off brand fritos, dry roasted peanuts they have really good chocolate bars from switzerland etc. There meats are good. They carry assorted non dairy cheese and milks and ice creams fir those with allergies. Friendly and helpful clerks too. ~Mairby

I like Kroger's the food is not that expensive it's affordable to people there are nice the employees they're helpful if you can't find it they will ~Emmalena
