I wish I could give 0 stars. A constant disappointment and frustration, the customer service at this bmo is absolutely horrible, staff are extremely rude, short, and end up causing me more problems and stress to begin with. Whenever i have to go to the bank, it takesat least an hour and a half of my day, and most of it is just waiting around. Seriously, some of the worst customer service, terrible staff, and all around business. Steer clear if you dont like your time being waster, and you enjoy a stress free day. ~Brooke
