I have had Don do maintenance on my vehicles since he opened the business. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable, and does excellent work. His facility is absolutely immaculate - sparkling clean! He always calls me if a vehicle needs additional work. He will tell me if it should be done immediately or if it can wait until a later time. He always shows me the parts he removed and explains why they had to be replaced. He always checks my vehicles over...not to make an extra buck, but to make sure they are safe to drive. I highly recommend Slaats Auto Repair in East Dubuque. I've tried them all; he is the best. ~Brian
