Although I really like the concept and ease of service of this place, there were a number of bugs in the process. I had stopped by previously to plan my process because when I moved yesterday, I was on a tight timeframe to get my U-Haul back on time. But when I got there, they were out of locks in the lock machine, so I was forced to leave my stall unlocked until I could get back into town that night. I also was never texted the code for the gate and my stall number as I had been indicated would happen, but luckily it emailed it to me in the lease. Then my stall turned out to be broken and I had to call their support number and get re-asssigned to a new stall, which also took extra time. So overall I am still happy with the service, but they could use a bit of effort to make the process go smoother and fix the issues. ~MeTaStar
