My wife’s previous llc used this office this year. The co owner misrepresented data to this office for my wife’s k1 under the the claim of not remembering dates and capital contributions. Things that are very easy to look up in 2022. Instead of respectfully asking the co owner to find out the specifics or bring in legal forms, my wife’s k1 was misreported. Even more concerning, when She tried to rightfully correct her federal tax data, this office quit responding. The ordeal cost her several hundred dollars in attorney fees to get the k1 corrected. And although the changes had no major effect on our tax return, it would have meant she would have had to wait a whole calendar year for another late “final” k1 and possibly more money in attorney fees down the road. ~eric
