If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I cannot believe they actually let these people handle money, I wouldn't trust them with my trash. Almost a 3 week hold on funds for a bank check deposit and couldn't do a wire transfer to save their lives. Susan, who's title is listed as the "Branch Manager" handled my wire transaction for a real estate closing and the funds didn't make it in time, although she assured me " the longest I've ever seen this take is 1.5 hours tops." As if looking like a fool at the real estate closing table wasn't enough, she then proceeded to lie to me about how it had just gone through, when it indeed had not. When I asked her for the Fed Reference number she said she "didn't know" and that perhaps I needed to "google it." Their incompetence and untruthfulness is exactly why I will be taking my business elsewhere. ~Christopher
