I have left multiple message to business phone and to owners cell with no calls back. I need paperwork for insurance, and they won't reply,. They let nails in my yard and ran my plants over. I’ve shopped at this store for years and have been happy with the service and availability of product, but I’m going to look elsewhere even if it means driving father! I know that the workforce has changed because of the the lazy generation that you have to choose from! The last several times that I have gone to this location it is closed before 7:00pm! I even checked the website to see the hours before I went there and it said that they were open until 10:00! Something needs to change!☹️ ~Kevin

The leaf spring on my camper broke while heading to Potato Creek State Park. I called multiple different tow companies and as soon as I stated I had a travel trailer, I was told they couldn’t help me. My father found this towing company and gave them a call. They told us they could help us no problem. Driver Casey showed up and quickly tied up the axle on my single axle camper using ratchet straps and wood blocks. This allowed me to tow my camper a mile down the road to a repair facility. Casey was very knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly took pride in his work. If I ever have an issue in the South Bend area with my camper or other vehicle in the future, I would not hesitate to call this company for help. ~Matt
