I was sitting in the parking lot to give my children to their dad (which I seen 3 other people do as I was sitting there) I was not parked by a No Parking sign and this guy comes out yelling at me telling me I'm in a no parking area and if I don't move the car he's going to call the law and have my car towed. he never once asked me to move it. he just come out screaming at me. And when I told him he could have just asked... he told me I had to leave the premises already was calling the cops. Apparently this place has rude customer service and I would not recommend it to anyone ~Penny

Just go somewhere else!!! We bought a car there a little over a week ago, and at the dealership, the car seemed just fine. Not a single issue was disclosed to us, even the test drive went well. The staff seemed friendly, even worked with the budget we had, which was all fine and great! Until 3 days into owning the car... Suddenly, light after light came up on the dash. On the 3rd day of owning this car, we ended up stranded 20 minuets away from home, and had to pay to get towed. Then, we put our own money into fixing the car, and we thought it was drivable again, until it left us stranded AGAIN. this time, a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ISSUE! This car left us stranded multiple times in almost 90 degree weather with my infant in the car, so needless to say, I'm a very angry mama. Every time we have tried getting in contact with 24/7 cars, we have received literally no help at all. Now we are stuck paying a ton of money for a completely undrivable car, and 24/7 cars still will do nothing about it. All of this trouble and we've only had the car A WEEK. Don't fall for the friendly staff, or anything of the pushing to work with your budget. It's all a facade to sell you some run down barely drivable used car, that you're gonna end up paying more to fix than you payed for it in the first place. 0/10 would never recommend. ~Starr
