Weird/rough looking building, but the gal behind the bar was super friendly and helpful. One of the two waitresses that showed up at 5pm was anti-smiley, but the other one seemed friendly.
An 8oz sirloin ($19), a beer ($3), and a piece of very lightly glazed, blueberry cake ($4) was just over $27, not including the tip.
The atmosphere/patrons seemed friendly, though I'm not sure why the steak has such rave reviews since it was a nice cut (not too grissley), but aside from that, there didn't seem to be anything particularly special about it since there weren't any seasonings, and it was a bit charred on the outside from the grill (which some might appreciate).
Anyway, I would totally eat here again if in the area with time to kill. ~Tim
