Awesome experience, well worth our 30 minute drive. Ward’s beats places like Boot Barn by a long shot, both in prices and selection. We were shopping for mainly shirts today but I was absolutely blown away by the jeans selection. My photos don’t show even half the store. It was wall to wall jeans for men! The women’s selection did seem a bit lacking but I’ve found that to usually be the case at any western wear store I’ve been to. One request from me personally is for there to be a curvy bootcut denim selection. It is so hard to find jeans that are small in the waist with room for thicker thighs, and if I can’t find these at wards in bootcut I’m not sure where I can find them. I did however find a super cute denim skirt for myself! We found the cutest children’s cowboy hats for our boys, and there were not only different materials (felt/straw) but also different colors and sizes to choose from. We found the perfect color and fit for each of our kids. My husband also found a nice Carhartt coat, and I was surprised at how vast the winter/outer wear selection was. Everything from bibs/snow pants/headgear/jackets/coats you name it. The staff was friendly and helpful and stayed out of our way as we spent lots of time trying on clothes but they were nearby and ready to help if needed. Will certainly return! ~Emily

Pulled up with 2 employees sitting outside smoking, walk in and there are 3 people in line with no one in the store to assist… it’s never very clean there and to me it is very disrespectful to have customers inside WAITING on you and you are just sitting outside smoking. ~Jurnee

Drove from outskirts of town, aprox 15 min drive only to find the store was closed at 9:00!! I even called prior to leaving my house to verify they'd be open til 10. A man answered and told me they're open til 10 tonight! I obviously would not have made the drive with my 2 yr old granddaughter had i known they were going to apparently make an executive decision to close early. They even went as far as to take the hours down off the door as well. Poor management and work ethic if u ask me! ~sheila
