Wow very bad service today. Stop in to get tenders and wedges for my family. There was nothing cooked so I asked the cashier if they was fixing more food. She rudely said no that the kitchen is being shut down. This was at 2:30. I honestly believe that management needs to train staff on customer service. How can a business make money with that kind of service. I believe Otwell needs a different convenience store with better management and staff that knows how to run the business. ~Carla
