I've had a joint box here for nearly a year and they still put "yours?" On my packages and occasionally return to sender with out letting me know first. Depending on which person is working you'll usually have a good experience. ~Madelyn

My melt plate was a bit overdone but the tater tots were good as was the sweet tea. Service was good. ~Anthony
