Stopped in today to grab a piece of pizza and the two women (girls) making pizzas were being extremely loud and obnoxious by slamming pans, throwing cheeses at each other etc. Then I heard one say to the other, we should make day where we intentionally disappoint customers. Seriously?! Is this what our customer service and workforce have to look forward to?!?!?! Side note: Ashton was extremely polite and courteous!! I could tell he was embarrassed by the two girls. We use Randall's Catering quite a bit at Bill Colwell Ford for various events. Most recently, they went above and beyond when a different caterer we had booked forgot about our event. We called Randall's and within an hour we had smoked beef roast sandwiches, mashed potatoes, and green beans for 60 people. Not only do they have great food, but their staff is knowledgeable, and they give back to the Hudson community. Randall's is a great asset to the Cedar Valley and I highly recommend them! ~Bill
