Ordered 4 Vehicle Lifts from this specific location. Lifts came in a few months later than promised, but in today's environment that is acceptable, but what is not acceptable is no response whatsoever to phone calls and emails when it comes time to installing the very product that was quoted and purchased. At least give me a "hey, we are booked right now, but will get you on the schedule". Ultimately hired another company to do the installation. ~Mike

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Smith Automotive. Rusty was very informative and kept us updated on the work they were doing. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and they were kind enough to provide a car for me to borrow while the work was being done. They were honest and understanding and allowed us to decide what repairs we wanted to make without making us feel obligated to do other work. Highly recommend for any auto repair or service needs!
