Ordered online for delivery. When the order arrived it was not what I had ordered. Neither of the two pizzas was correct. On one pizza one slice had been taken out and a second piece had no toppings on it. It looked as if they had taken a partially eaten pizza off a customer's table and put it in a box to deliver to me. The pizzas looked NOTHING like the pictures they use for advertising on their website. There were very few pieces of toppings on these pizzas, as if they had held a handful of the topping and waved it over the pizza hoping it would pick up on the idea. It obviously did not. Fortunately I was able to call the store and explain the situation. The woman I spoke with was polite and apologetic and immediately ordered two pizzas to replace the ones I had gotten. However, I had ordered (and paid for) a side of garlic sauce. It was missing from the order. I never did receive it. Because of this experience, it is unlikely I will order from Pizza Hut again. ~Diane

This was by far the most horrible McDonald's I have ever been to. We were in town for business so we stopped here, it was 8 am.... the place was disgusting. The ice cream machine and wall next to it was gross, the fry machine was disgusting... you could tell neither had been cleaned in a long time. There was no ice in the ice machine, while I was trying to get ice one of the locals were sitting at a couple tables having coffee with their friends, he said you're going to have to go up front and get ice, he said it's ridiculous, the ice machine was cracked and dirty. Both Ketchup dispensers were empty and disgusting, everything was disgusting, the floor.... at 8 in the morning ....... one of the locals leaned over and said this place is pathetic.. she said it's always like this. The food was not edible. Was hard as a rock and cold. If I could give negative stars I would... the manager and owner of this location should be embarrassed and ashamed. ~Tricia
