Today my class mate and I went to Ashcraft Pharmacy for a quick project involving OTC medications. We started off with Tylenol and comparing brands when an lady came up to us asking us do we want assistance; we advised her that we didn't we were working on an assignment. She came back again asking did we need help, and to show us where their medication was located. Then another lady came, and showed us where Zyrtec was. Once she helped us with that another lady with brown hair, and a green shirt came to us asking us what we were doing. We explained to her that we were doing an assignment for our. She asked us who our teacher was, what school we went to, and what the assignment was. After we explained that to her she gave us a little "tip" to next time call before we come; I have never been in a pharmacy before where I needed to call to SHOP. I personally believed that Tammy (later learned that was her name) was following us around because of racial profiling. I have shopped at a few other pharmacies before I have never encountered unprofessional behavior. THIS WAS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT'S EXPECTED AT AN INDEPENDENT PHARMACY!!!!! ~Pariss
