My husband ordered a “bouquet arrangement of different flowers” with a budget of $100-$120 for my birthday. I was so happy to be receiving flowers delivered to my door, however my husband’s name wasn’t written on the card so I had to call and ask if it was from him. It wasn’t until he told me what he was charged a few days later that I realized he was completely taken advantage of. I received a small to medium sized basket of carnations and the charge was for $120. They were delivered so I’m aware there was probably a fee for that. I’m also aware of the shortage on certain flowers, but at least have the decency to not charge the full budgeted amount for flowers that do not amount to that cost. I can see on your website that a basket of different flowers (that includes roses and daisies) is $80. So how was he charged $120 for mostly carnations and some greenery? I received a second birthday bouquet from my MIL from another local florist in the same town and her arrangement was filled with different beautiful flowers and didn’t cost half the price of my husband’s. Very dissatisfied. We will not be using or recommending this business. ~Stephanie
