to start the owner said to me You are getting SCREWED on this Deal! In my experience this is what happens to everyone who deals with this used car dealer.Every detail of out transaction was a complete and utter LIE, Conman would be a good description of my dealing with the owner. We agreed on exchanging the towing fee I would have my vehicle in and he would have the other vehicle towed to my place . I lived up to the agreement and the second the my vehicle showed up he refused to pay for return towing.His staff stole items off the truck before I could get it of the lot and I was told too bad he is not replacing anything. While I was in the office I heard him completely disrespecting women and African Americans. Its my recommendation that you bypass this place at all cost and the Kentucky DMV and State Corporation office should shut down this place ASAP. ~John

This has nothing to do w my local hibbets store location at all. This about HIBBETTS CUSTOMER SERVICE REP at their 800# in general. The customer service line is a joke. Call stay on hold. Then request call back. If the Reps don’t want to deal with you they tell you to please hold so they can look that up. Then hang up on you. Or next day they are completely rude about your entire order. Tell you to call back in 3-5 days when your payment posts. Or call back when the entire order is received and they now package a 20 item order 1 item at a time to ship out so that by the time you get your order - the 15 day shipping insurance is past the 15 days so then your stuck losing the money where the items didn’t come or said 2 alike was mailed together and you get 1. You eat Cost of the 2nd items. Then they leave security tabs on the clothes & mail It to you & the local hibbets tab is different So no one can get it off and your stuck and then they want ya to keep $36 toddler outfit cause there mistake and give ya 20% discount. That discount will explain why toddlers wearing a security tab. Hibbets has became so full of errors and mistakes and it’s a joke. That you eat money cause they could careless about what the customer service reps do. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. JOKE. ~Chris

Very disappointed. I used to go in there alot and find the prettiest clothes for my size and fo my children when they were infants and toddlers. It had been awhile since being in there, so went and looked at infants\toddlers and was very disappointed. Not impressed nor for the price they were wanting. ~Mary

Privately owned small store with a laundry next-door. Great combo. Laundry is clean and well maintained, equipment updated and repaired. Store gets lots of snack, pop, laundry supply, and change requests. A good combo business. ~Dianne
