This about HIBBETTS CUSTOMER SERVICE REP at their 800# in general. The customer service line is a joke. Call stay on hold. Then request call back. If the Reps don’t want to deal with you they tell you to please hold so they can look that up. Then hang up on you. Or next day they are completely rude about your entire order. Tell you to call back in 3-5 days when your payment posts. Or call back when the entire order is received and they now package a 20 item order 1 item at a time to ship out so that by the time you get your order - the 15 day shipping insurance is past the 15 days so then your stuck losing the money where the items didn’t come or said 2 alike was mailed together and you get 1. You eat Cost of the 2nd items.
Then they leave security tabs on the clothes & mail
It to you & the local hibbets tab is different So no one can get it off and your stuck and then they want ya to keep $36 toddler outfit cause there mistake and give ya 20% discount. That discount will explain why toddlers wearing a security tab.
Hibbets has became so full of errors and mistakes and it’s a joke. That you eat money cause they could careless about what the customer service reps do.
