This is by far the WORST gas station I have ever been too. It's awesome that they have a gender neutral bathroom but it was beyond disgusting. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in forever. The toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet no tissue paper and the air dryer is broken. And it also had no soap. Not to mention it took three flushes just for the thing to work. It's probably more hygienic to go behind a bush. Now the gas part. I was confused to why the ground was sticky and wet on a hot sunny day but I proceeded to put gas. The pump took beyond forever to fill. It was going 3x slower than an average pump. And the dude next to me had the same issue. So after waiting forever the pump to finish. It decided to overflow instead of stoping when it was full. Hence why the ground around the pumps were nasty. Never visiting again. This ruined my day completely 😞 ~Ryan

Very reasonably priced gasoline. Pay outside. Do not go in unless you have exact change in single dollar bills and pennies. Should be no problem if you're a stripper. For some reason, whether decreed by management or at the whim of the steadfast elderly employee, they cannot accept large bills nor can they provide proper change for anything you buy. This has happened twice: once when purchasing a fountain drink there was no change for a $5 bill and once when trying to purchase $40 of gasoline with a $100 bill... because they didn't have a verification marker. This store fell off. For years, the owners kept things decent. Went in, bathrooms broken. Stood at the counter to buy my stuff, guy at register spent two minutes having a loud conversation across the store with someone that walked in, about what studio he records in. I might as well have not been standing there. He finally stopped talking about studios and rang me up. Not going back anymore. Nice looking gas station but ratchet employees. ~Dante

6/26 1pm BAD GAS alert! The pumps were moving really slow and I put in 5gallons from empty and my Jeep IMMEDIATELY started sputtering and struggling. Limped to another shell and put in another 5gallons. Pumped the gas and tried starting it a few times. After 10 minutes or so it sputtered back to life and now it’s okay. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION WHEN THE PUMPS ARE LOW BECAUSE IT STALLED MY JEEP. 6/27 car sputters and chokes and dies. I had to Uber to work and have to tow it to get the bad gas removed. BE CAREFUL AT THIS LOCATION. If the pumps are slow and almost empty DO NOT use them. ~John

The worst bank I've ever had to deal with. Wanted to speak with the branch manager, but the are "never in" so I called to file a formal complaint to their corporate for closing before hours. Drive thru business and personal lines taking excessively long. Argumentative tellers, when addressing them closing 20 minutes early for hours posted. And as a business account they can never provide enough change overall the entire structure needs to change. Will update once corporate "resolves" this issue if they even attempt to. ~Joshua

Paul Dours is a godsend . My loan had so many issues due to my very complicated work / life situation and yet Paul managed with his patience and perseverance to get the loan to go through. If you call for a mortgage payoff good thru a future date- the Kenner office wont give it to you. If you ask to be transferred to a specific person, they say they are not able to transfer. Fidelity is either totally out of date with technology or super lazy. ~brittany

If I could give negative stars, I would. Akia flat refused to give me a receipt because she did not like my tone when I said, "may I please have my receipt?" Her attitude was rude, confrontational and she lied to her supervisor when he came to see what was going on. I know Mountain Express recently purchased Brother's and I hope inconsiderate, rude and entitled children like Akia will be trained out of their ranks. ~Kyle
