Completely gone down hill in the past 18 months. Staff are unfriendly, inexperienced and don't pay attention to detail. Long lines in drive thru, even with 4 or 5 people working inside, and have had several mistakes made with simple transactions. ~Linda

Honest, friendly, and comprehensive people from beginning to end. They worked with me to give me a fair amount for my trade-in, even though it was high-mileage and needed some work. They worked with me again to lower the sales price of the vehicle (a beautiful 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer with only 84K miles!) to work with my budget constraints. They were very understanding of my lender's requirements of the vehicle, and gave me all the time I needed to test-drive and bring the vehicle to a mechanic for a second opinion. The paperwork and sale took all of 30 minutes or so. Much better than my last vehicle purchase from another dealer (5+ hours, very stressful and dishonest tactics). To top it all off, they baked us an amazing apple pie! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a low-mileage, excellent condition vehicle! ~Ross
