You need to get your Pumps FIXED, they take for ever even when its not below Freezing ,Also if you have some one who comes in to pay for gas with cash and you know your pumps take over 30 mins to get 4 gallons of gas you need to tell them before they give you $40 to fill up. You make that customer have to wast so much time and time in line then they have to go back in line to get money back. You not only are doing a dis service but you are losing money and customers as well. Also why do you have to pay to be a rewards member or is that just that no one knows how the rewards system works. Get your pumps fixed and you will see a big influx in $$$$$ and will have to put up with less un happy customers. I dont want your store to end up like the one down the road that closed.... Oh and no other places have the slow pumping problems that yours has when its cold. PS the people are nice but the pumps need fixing and more Training on rewards as well as dont hide the fact that the pumps are not working......... ~Tamee
