The woman behind the counter was friendly, warm, and a wealth of knowledge. The woolens are soft and luxurious, and nearly all of them are handmade in Maine from materials sourced in Maine. We went up the road a bit to visit the "mill" where the magic happens and were welcomed warmly there, too, and given a brief tour. Such nice people and wonderful products! ~Jeff
