terrible customer service i came into the store to get a temporary phone for my daughter. the lady at the counter was very rude when i asked her questions about which phone was free was starting a service she then just told me the name of the phone when i asked her could she show me which one she was talking about she rudly just pointed to a section of phone i then asked her again before walking out of the store. if im going to spend my money i expect great customer service. wont be returning back to this location as she didnt really know anything and was asking other employers after she told me one thing. staff needs to be trained on customer service ~sadie

The young ladies at the front desk are very kind and respectful. They answer questions thoroughly and made this process very pleasant! The reviews were worrisome but the other places for an oil change were closed or booked ! Man, all is well here . Juan was effective and efficient behind the counter . Brandon (Who prefers Bob) did a great job caring for my car and is super respectful. And the tall gentleman who has been there for years working in the back , I will call him Poppa Man - is wise and knows his stuff. They looked out and my car is running smooth. I’ll be back here.
