They were very kind and helpful. On the phone they first checked to even see if they had a tire that could fit. Then, when I came in, I was serviced almost immediately and it was done in a flash! Will definitely be a returning customer. ~LadyTMonet

When I purchased for lottery tickets and I have a few dollars on the ticket I tell him to play it back he always says he doesn't know what I mean!!! Also if there's a vendor there he keeps talking to the vendor instead of making the vendor wait to while he attends to me, the customer!!!! ~Regina

Took several vehicles to them over the last few years. On one truck they were the fourth to diagnose but the first to fix the issue. This most recent was on my Chevy work van. Initially took my van to Wiygul Automotive which was a big rip off. Back to M&P Auto I go, they did the job at a reasonable price and with great timing. I was back to my customers in no time ~Dexter

They do excellent work! My car was deemed totalled by my insurance company after a intoxicated driver hit my parked car. The body shop made my car look like it had looked prior to the accident. And the driver damaged the entire driver's side of my car, everywhere below the windows-so basically both driver side tires were bent and everywhere around the tires had damage and all of the body parts below the windows were also damaged by the at-fault driver from the impact of their car. After the work was completed by this crew/shop, it drives the same way it had before the accident, which was great and my BMW 528i looks as if it was never even involved in an accident in the first place. This is the worst Family Dollar on this side of town. There are 2 new female managers and they are super rude, no customer service and unprofessional. It’s a couple of fairly new employees that is just as bad as those 2 managers ( especially the females with dreads). It’s never stocked anymore and everything is all over the place. They need to have some undercovers come in for a week and see the problem. They should be fired like yesterday. I won’t be going back to this ghetto store unless I really have too. ~T
