The middle age Africans American lady (Team Leader) behind fried chicken counter is very rude and unprofessional. We will visit Pride for all other services. We will avoid fried check area. LOL. All other employees are very friendly and pleasant smile in their face. This lady have some attitude issue. ~Donald
