I had been in and out of 3 shops in a week. Then was referred to Sullivan Tire. They did exactly what was asked of them. They did not try to upsell me (and let me tell u they probably could have because my car needs a few things fixed.) I was happy. Lastly I left my water on the counter where I paid my bill. The man chased me down to give it back even though it was almost empty and just a bottle from the gas station. I appreciate the guys here. Thank you. It's been stressful having my car go from shop to shop. Thank you for making that nightmare come to an end. ~Jessica

I had got a Bowless soft top for Christmas last year. I was unable to get it put on till June. I had ro take it to someone to have them put it on that was $200 . I have not even had the top on my jeep and the pockets on the front are coming off they are only glue on. I have a zipper on my back window that is broken. I would not ever buy this top again and I would not recommend this company to anyone RT OFFROAD DOSE NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS. ~Patti

We had the BEST car buying experience at Lucchetti’s!! No pressure at all; in fact it was like visiting with friends, the difference being when you say goodbye you leave with a new vehicle. Lucchetti’s has more Jeep Wranglers than any other dealership we went to. Karyn Ingram showed us multiple Jeeps until we found just the right one. We swapped out the hard top for a soft top with no issues and we traded our older Wrangler for a very fair price. This was our first time experiencing this type of friendly vehicle purchase before; and our first time ever that we hugged the salesperson. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I would recommend starting at Lucchetti’s. ~Karen

These folks were super nice and super helpful. I took two cars through to get the snow and road salt off and the cars look great! Basic wash on the first, the works on the second. I'm extremely pleased and I highly recommend this place. ~Tony

This review pertains to exchanging a Blue Rhino Propane Tank. About two months ago (June 2021) the cost of an exchange was around $23.00 which was about three dollars more than Lowes. I was okay with the extra three dollars since Al Prime is closer to my house than Lowes. Today (9/7/21) the price for a Blue Rhino tank exchange is $30.00! I went to Lowes where the price is $19.97! I won't be going to Al Prime for propane or gasoline any more. ~Ed
